Ensuring 100% Target achievement wrt assigned target of the team/drives
-Gather requirements and understanding of reqs from the AM. -Seek the support from AM on req understanding, sourcing, screening etc to get coverage and starts. -Get the submission reviewed by the AM, get the feedback on the submission. RTR should be received before submission to AM. -Recruiter to cover 02 requirements daily.-Minimum 3 submission targets in ATS to be achieved that lead to minimum of 2 joining per month. Bottomline is meeting your targets and having starts.-Minimum of 2 JPM and monthly target to be achieved.- Create pipeline for next/coming month

Quality Adherence: a. Recruiters to follow the script and checklist to maintain quality. b. Ensure you understand the requirement and do a min of 3 quality submissions a day on average in a week c. Cross verify delivery by respective Supervisorb. Ensure- Do not make submissions that can lead to escalations/ backouts
Attend Weekly/Monthly performance review meeting.
This is a mandatory meeting for recruiter. This meeting will be 30 minutes. This meeting will take place in the conference room. -The Recruiter will come to the meeting prepared with this week review and next week planning, and any specific need. Last Friday of the month will have monthly review and next month planning. This meeting will be 30 mins and will be with AM and PM. The purpose of the meeting is to increase performance on the accounts. Review will be on requirements received, coverage given, interviews, starts, total margin, confirmations, lost opportunities, hit ratio, drives prep, pipeline developed, and others as appropriate. -The meeting also ensures that proper coaching and development is taking place to improve Recruiter performance. -Add meeting minutes in for each meeting.

Ensure ATS is updated in real time with submissions/activity & Closures. Ensure that your logins are not shared with anyone.
Reports & Deadlines
Ensure Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly reports are submitted with accuracy and in timely manner
Ensure Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly inputs are submitted with accuracy and in timely manner'- Understand where you stand on Monthly closure target.- Fill your performance data from ATS and take it for your 1 on 1 meeting with AM, PM.
Invest 48 man-hours in personal development through the year
Training and Development '- Do submission Analysis to identify training needs for yourself. - Take forecast of demand from AM to develop a candidate pool and succeed. - Each individual should employee 48 man-hours under Individual Development

Replying to the E-Mails/ Escalations promptly, picking up Emails/Escalations and acting on it, Updates, follow up, Issues, as specified by the Manager/OM/Senior. If E-mails or not picked or replied on-time, then Sub-SPOC present in the shift would be answerable and accountable. Ensure that proper sub SPOC is available

PM's personal, AM, Recruiters Annual targets need to be achieved. The quarterly targets need to be achieved. Ensure that 75% of team is having a start in any given month and minimum 75% of your targets are achieved.Client targets need to be met on Monthly, quarterly and Annual basis for respective LOBS and account managers.
Ensuring 75% coverage of requirements and quality checks are followed by PM, AM, DM and Recruiters.
Team Quality Adherence: a. Validate and ensure that AM and Recruiters are following the script and checklist to maintain quality. b. Ensure that AM, recruiters do a min of 2 quality submissions a day on average in a week c. Cross verify delivery: b. Ensure properly supervised execution of all stages of delivery by validating onboarding checkpoints. Only after confirmation from AM and PM on delivery, the client should be confirmed for delivery of every resource.d. Ensure final steps of every onboarding are processed timely with not issues. e. Proactively search for and address all escalations. You are the final point for Escalations. Prepare RCA for each Escalation in your monthly report.f. Have not more than 10% of backouts
Strategic Business Planning & Execution
Ensure current and new LOB growth:PM to grow one new LOB in the year to 5+ starts a month
1. Ensure client growth : a. All current LOBS should grow month on month b. Grow at least 1 new LOB to min to 5+ closures a month consistently (1 Qtr) by end of year 2. Publish business plan monthly basis market study a. Monthly market research report and evaluation (quarterly and annual targets) due by the 25th of each month b. Submission of monthly GAP analysis and business plan monthly due by the 25th of each month
